missingWrote a review on Dec 19perfect locationfunctional air conditioningno hot waternoisy environment
The hotel's location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. I enjoyed staying in Room 201 with a balcony overlooking the street. The air conditioning worked well, which I appreciated in the heat. However, the shower had no hot water, which was disappointing. The noise levels were quite high at night, both from outside and inside the hotel. Sheets felt thin and not very clean. Staff assistance with luggage was lacking since there is no elevator. It's good for a short stay, but improvements could be made regarding comfort and amenities.

Amazing, amazing, amazing
I had such a fantastic experience staying there! The air conditioning was incredibly refreshing, especially in the heat. The room was spacious, and the daily cleaning service kept everything feeling fresh. I loved the 24-hour desk service. everything I needed was just a call away!
100% recommend 😊❤️

Central location with excellent air conditioning. balcony offered a view of the lively street below.
Rooms lack hot water and are poorly laid out, making for an uncomfortable stay. Noise from the nearby nightclub and cleaning staff made it hard to catch any decent rest. Also spotted bugs in the fridge, and the sheets felt thin and worn out.

Centrally located hotel with basic amenities.
My stay was plagued by several issues. the room lacked basic cleanliness, with stains on the sheets and sand found between the mattress cover and fitted sheet. Additionally, there was no hot water during my entire stay, which was uncomfortable. The noise levels were unbearable at night, making it difficult to sleep, compounded by the lack of soundproofing in the walls.

My experience at El Viajero #2 was quite positive. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for my business conference needs. I stayed in a Standard Triple Room, which offered a balcony overlooking the street, and the air conditioning was excellent given the heat. The staff, particularly Nestor and Edwin, were professional and provided valuable local tips. Plus, I appreciated the ability to store my luggage prior to check-in.

I had a solid stay at El Viajero! The central location made it super convenient to explore. The AC kept me comfortable in the heat. The only downside was the noise level at night. If you're a light sleeper, maybe opt for a room at the back. I’d come back!

I stayed in a Superior Triple Room for 4 nights. The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat! The room was clean, but the sheets felt a bit thin for my taste. Also, if you don’t like noise, I’d suggest a room away from the street. The location is spot on, close to so many restaurants and bars.
